I rented a 26 passenger bus and a limo for my Son's wedding. Jimmy's service did a great job at staying in contact with me, assuring me of their arrival time, and making themselves available. The drivers went above and beyond opening the doors for us, driving up winding hills, and even offering to walk my mother-in-law to the door at the end of the night. Very pleased!!
Loved the process of booking, but the limo was very old and a lot of things did not work inside, including the air conditioning, which was probably the most important thing, as it was at least 95 degrees and humid that day. Disappointed to say the least. Haven't heard back from the company after giving them that feedback. Everything else was great!
