If I could give them zero stars I would. I made a reservation for a transfer from our wedding venue to our home...15 minutes max...online and received a confirmation #. I thought it was odd that I never got email receipt or follow up, so I called today. Called 3 times and emailed, left messages, no one called back. Finally got through to a real person who told me their online prices were wrong so they declined my request. However, no one bothered to tell me that! What a terrible way to do business.
Recently booked this company for wedding transport to hotel and was really happy with the service. Driver was very friendly and the Rolls Royce was gorgeous. Will definitely recommend to other couples getting married. Thanks!!!
If you are in the Houston area you must go big or go home ! Rent a debonair hummer limo and have the best fun ever. The drivermJohn was so cool and the owner Theresa made sure our party had the best time ever. The customer service was primo! Everyone in our group from grandma's to teens loved the being driven our family event in this kick ass ride! It was custom painted and clean and fantastic!
