They were late picking me and the bridal party up, to take us to my ceremony and then was late also picking up the bridal party after the wedding, we had to call them, then they arrived in a bus, we had requested an 8 passenger limo, they did refund us part of our money. They were very reasonable, as the saying goes you get what you pay for...
